Level up BUG + refund 30% discount

I used botton 'level up ' .

 

I spent some crytals to get some exp points, this action spent my crystal , then I reloaded the page to see my new Rating.

 

I lost my crystals and I am with same Rating and same ranking and with same previews points.

 

waiting my crystals back or my bought experience points.

But event 30% discount is done and I want buy a M3 weapon but now it is expensive.

 

I want my 33,400 crystals ( or in experience points) + 7,563 crystals to buy RICOCHET M3. Because when I lost crystals and I couldn´t get experience points to M3 ricochet and Now event discount is gone.

 

ricochet = 25210 crystals; on discount30% = 17647 crystals

7563 crystals

this bug was in 30 december of 2012.

 

Today is 05 jan.

 

I lost 30% discount event.

I didn´t have experience points to buy M3 weapon

 

It´s not fair.

 

It´s not my fault.
