General Suggestion to people facing such problems:

1) Add him to your 'ignore list'

2) Leave the battle

3) Join another battle. Preferably the one thats on another server..(you'll be lost in thin air, he won't be able to find you)

4) Make sure he isn't in your friends list...

5) Now forget him and play with a new enthusiasm.. #rock_on...:P

1 & 5 Possible but others are like you suggesting me to run away. :)

This guys do this several times because of poor ruling* system.

 

Rules are there but ruling system means admins & his team is very poor in taking decisions.When ever we complain they take issue like this is the problem of 1 tanker only & they don't even try to do anything.

What do you do when some nub sticks to you? Run away..isn't it.. And that's a much peaceful way than anything else...

 

And you say that the player is constantly behind you.. So you can easily shot 3-4 videos...shoot them and report him again..;)

Banning users for sabotage / PL is not an easy process since you need to provide a long video, at least 5-10 minutes long, showing that the user is CLEARLY sabotaging - your video lenght was enough, but the user you reported did not sabotage the team at all, he only pushed you one time in the video beginning, so there are no proofs of him sabotaging as much as you are claiming since pushing a player once is not a "sabotage". 

You should have recorded more of his "sabotaging actions" to show that he actually tried to ruin your team gameplay, what you provided is not enough at all.

 

Also, punishments are given based on violations and not on things like "buyer or non buyer" - we are neutral, we ban all the users that need to be banned, but for doing so, we need enough proofs.
