I think that there should be a built-in voice communication system.

Here is one of the examples you might need it:

Say you are playing an XP/BP battle and you wanna say that the flag guy is one shot you could be still typing it and some kills you when you had a chance to kill him. With voice chat you can warn your teammates about it without need to type.

Here is another one:

You are playing a clan battle and you are not allowed to use any applications such as Skype. You don't need Skype when you already have team chat built into the system!!!

And I think RU servers should only be for people in Russia and vice versa for the English community.

You can ask people when they are making an account what country they are from and then send them to the server they need to go.
