It seems some players have missed out through no fault of their own.
 

• Kills will be counted from 21:00 UTC till 20:59 UTC the next day.

This turned out to be incorrect because there were players who did make more than 1200 kills before this time but did not make the list. The reason was, if your last battle finished after 20:59 UTC, say, 21:01, then the number of kills made in it that battle were not counted.

 

The counting mechanism was not adequate to fulfil The Terms and conditions. What can be done for those players who fall into this category?  Can they appeal to Technical Support?

• Kill Tier 1 (players who made 250 kills and receive 3 Gold Boxes*): 1237
• Kill Tier 2 (players who made 700 kills and receive 5 Gold Boxes*): 1370
• Kill Tier 3 (players who made 1200 kills and receive 10 Gold Boxes + any protection module of your choice*): 14584

As has been explained before, kills are only counted at the end of a battle. Sorry, there's nothing to be done about this. The system simply doesn't work that way.

By mistake, instead of picking a random winners for players who made 700+ kills, we picked the winner from players who made 1200+ kills. To remedy this, we've picked a second winner. This means that TWO players will get their equipment of choice from Day 1, instead of just ONE player.

is it true that...

lets say i join a battle, make 2 kills. the battle still has 10 mins left till the end. but i go inactive and get kicked/leave the battle. will those 2 kills be counted?
