So.

Synesthesia is when you put something in right order and also some things that I didn't understand reading what's synesthesia in wikipedia. So. We are getting 28 letters. We NEED to but them in right order and we NEED to use ALL letters to get a sentense. Watch. There are many e letters. So we need a word with e letter. Try to make sentence with that letters. We can reach the answer. If there is password place, so there is a password...

The code doesn't give you the paint, it's the other way around - first you get Synesthesia paint from a container, in the paint's description you can find the link to solve the riddle:
