If you're absolutely, 100% sure you have downloaded the game from the special link, made and confirmed a new account and played 5 battles to completion, but didn't get the promo code:

 

1) Check your Spam folder, the email could be there

2) Contact Tanki X support to confirm (help@tankix.com)

If you didn't get promocode, there can be different reasons:

 

1) they are in Spam folder of your email account, you should check it

2) if they are not there, you probably did not complete all the necessary steps for the event

3) if you have any other questions/problems, please send them to support of TX - help@tankix.com

 I had a TX account created just 1 week before this event started and I had leveled it to rank 25 so I didn't bother to do that thing because I wanted the Beginning paint in my rank 25 account

Just few hours before the event ended , I thought to do the event because I wanted TO containers. Now I already had TX , downloaded the special client , installed in different folder and launched it. [i didn't remove my old TX client]. After the client opened it automatically logged into my account. I then created a new account and completed 5 battles. Then it struck me that I didn't confirm email. SO I just went and confirmed my email after playing 5 battles(we were supposed to do it first). Then I slept.

Today I got the email after breaking so many rules. Moreover the promocode they sent worked on my level 25 account in TX.

 

So I don't know what additional rules you broke that you didn't get a promo code.

Wow, I didn't get a single code too... I am 100% sure I should receive AT LEAST one.

followed all the steps meticulously, checked spam folder... nothing.

 

why even make these scam promo events? just to enhance the user base number? i just cannot understand if tanki doesn't have the technical capability of properly tracking the protocol they are themselves setting, why even make an event? last weekend counting fiasco, and now this. just... disgusted. sorry, i cannot find a better word atm.

Looks like I'm not the only one who didn't get a promo code yet as of writing this.  Fortunately, I documented the steps I took to partake in the "Let's be Tanki Friends" event and even recorded screenshots of my battles.  Maybe with such evidence, I will perhaps be able to convince the TO Help desk that my case is worth looking into.  I may still get the "Oh you still did something wrong" retort, but I'll give it a shot.

They send that to you first. You have to reply and appeal saying that you are 100% sure you followed the steps. Then they sent me back a different letter.
