Why no balance change?

Patch Update #826 - Released 3rd April 2026   List of Changes: The "Hide your profile" setting is now enabled by default for all players. (Note) You can change this setting in the Security section of the game settings. General Chat Private messages can now only be sent to and received from friends. (Note) The corresponding setting has been removed and this behavior cannot be changed. Publicly addressing another player in chat no longer returns a message about that player's status (e.g., whether they are in battle or offline). Friend System The friend list no longer shows which battle format a player is currently in. (Note) This mechanic was originally designed for battle list and is now obsolete. The friend system is now available starting from the rank of Master Corporal (Rank 5). Clans The clan member list now only displays the names and roles of players in the clan. (Note) Additional statistics, including the date of last activity, are only visible to clan members with the role of Veteran or higher. Outgoing clan invitations now only show the invited player's nickname, without their detailed statistics. The clan info screen no longer displays aggregated kill and assist statistics for clan members. Achievements have been added to the Steam version of the game. List of Fixes: Fixed an issue where explosion damage was missing when firing at certain specific surfaces in battle. Fixed an issue where the shell ricochet mechanic dealt no damage after the first ricochet when using certain turret augments. Fixed an issue where the Shaft dealt arcade damage instead of sniper damage if the player remained scoped for longer than 5 seconds. Fixed an issue where the Ricochet dealt no self-damage when firing directly into a wall at a perpendicular angle. Fixed auto-scrolling in the garage to the equipped weapon. Fixed an issue where the rarity filter stopped working in the paints section.

Hello everyone, I would like to talk about the interaction between the Dictator Overdrive with the Oracle drone. Whenever you use Dictators Overdrive with the Oracle Drone, you currently get the crit chance, mine and repair.  My suggestion at the beginning was to get all the boosts the Overdrive gives you, but that would mean that it bypasses the Drone ability making the Dictator OP. But what if it gave you at least one of the boosts? Or maybe a timer reset? For example, what if I was using damage boost, and since it's running out soon, I pop my Overdrive to reset the timer and can have it for longer? I feel like it's kind of unfair that the Dictators Overdrive is being held back by the Oracle Drone in the low ranks.
