Hornet and the Spirit of Christmas

Our story begins with Hornet. Hornet was a big fan of Christmas. He would always wake up early on Christmas to see what cool new paints or turrets he received. And every year he would put out a fresh batch of Isida cookies for Mammoth Claus.

As the years passed, Hornet's presents started becoming duller and duller and he would often not have any Isida cookies left out. As his joy for Christmas began to diminish he began to stop celebrating it all. He would often get grumpy just at the sight of annoying carolers and worst of all, presents. Hornet slowly started becoming the Scrooge of Tanki! He would often do horrible things like use his Freeze to freeze carolers into large ice cubes he could chuck at people.

On the day before Christmas, Hornet barricaded his garage with metal and waited until Christmas was over. That night he heard strange noises, though. He heard the sounds of jingling and the sound of many hulls, on his roof! Curious and afraid, Hornet donned his Vulcan and drove up the ramp to his roof. That's when he saw it, a large Mammoth hull pulled by 6 Wasps ,all the hulls were XT. Mammoth Claus swiveled his turret and shot an Isida beam with red and green swirls at him and he began to see things. He saw a little hunter. Alone. With his poor family. He saw the Hunter stare at others as they opened their presents and wish for some of his own. Hornet shook his head. It was morning and he was still on the roof. Mammoth Claus was gone and there were no tracks whatsoever. He glanced down and saw the same Hunter from his vision.

Hunter was sitting on his couch. Alone. And envious. Then there was a knock and the door. He peeked out the window and at the door was Hornet. With a gift in hand and a platter of cookies in the other.
