I’m writing this with genuine frustration and disappointment after exhausting every possible way to resolve this issue privately. My Tanki Online account (username: drag0) has been banned for allegedly using hacks. I want to state this as clearly and firmly as possible — I have never used any hacks, cheats, or unauthorized software at any point. This accusation is completely false. I returned to this game as an old player because I trusted it and genuinely enjoyed playing. I invested both my money and a significant amount of time into my account. Seeing it taken away like this, without proof, is honestly disheartening. I have emailed support multiple times trying to resolve this calmly. However, all I receive are repeated generic responses claiming there is “confirmation” of violations — without a single piece of actual evidence or explanation. There has been: No proof provided No logs or details shared No transparency about what I supposedly did Only repeated statements with no accountability. What makes this even more concerning is that I am not alone. I have come across other players facing similar bans without proper evidence. This raises serious concerns about possible errors or false positives in the system. Right now, it feels like I am being judged without proof and ignored despite repeated attempts to communicate. Being labeled as someone who used hacks when I know I played fairly is extremely frustrating and discouraging. If your system flagged my account, then it is clearly a mistake. I did not use hacks. I am requesting: A proper and unbiased re-evaluation of my account Clear and concrete evidence of the alleged violation Accountability in how this decision was made I want my account to be properly reviewed and unbanned, as this action has been taken in error. I hope this post reaches someone who can take this seriously and correct this mistake. Thank you.

Goku did your account got unblocked ? man same thing happened to me we played together if u remember i am Valdrago i was saying the same thing how they banned me saying i was using third party software and cheats  What makes this more concerning is that I am not the only one facing this issue. I have personally spoken to other players who were also banned under similar circumstances. I have already contacted support multiple times, but only received automated responses with no real investigation or clarification. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating. It is unfair for legitimate players to lose their accounts without proper verification or evidence.  

The new Shaft scope behaviour is awful and DESPERATELY needs a turning radius increase while charging a shot. In the past, the laser and the scope would be together, AS THEY SHOULD BE, now they're separate and it's awful. But that's not the main problem. The main problem is that prior to making them separate (FOR WHATEVER REASON), the laser speed was GREATLY, GREATLY reduced. It feels absolutely awful, and to top it all off, I can't fight ANY impact force. In the past I could.  Please make the LASER and the SCOPE one part, NOT separate, OR AT THE VERY LEAST increase the laser movement speed while sniping. IT"S AWFUL. ALSO. Assault Magazine is STILL garbage, it is literally a worse version of Freeze, there is NO reason to ever use it. It's not like Tesla Shock Therapy, where it trades range for a significant damage, IT'S LITERALLY WORSE FREEZE, because it has  ALMOST the same range, but DOESN'T disable damage supply. It needs either tighter spread or more pellets, and faster clip reload. Just SOMETHING to make it worth picking over Freeze or Firebird.
