This section is created to maintain order in the game. And thus the order must first be maintained in this section.

Before making a new topic read and accept the Rules of the forum and the rules of this section.

ATTENTION

Screenshots of chat violations, including but not limited to swearing, insults, and links to malicious software or phishing websites are NOT allowed to be posted anywhere on the forum. Any such screenshots must be sent to Chat moderators in Private Messages.

Violation of this rule will be punished by at least a WEEK ban.

 

P.S, In the Private message to the moderator you must include the nickname of the offender. A link the the screenshot with the chat violation. The screenshot should be a full screen, with the entire battle chat visible. And there should not be any editing. Any messages without sufficient proof will not be considered.

Procedure of the complain:

• You must re-read the

rules of the game and make sure that the player is actually violating them.

• You need to collect evidence, The best proof is a video recording of the game which clearly shows the violation. The video must be at least 3 minutes long to be eligible as a complain. And during the video you must, at least once press the "Tab" key to show the in-game score. Also, screenshots can come handy in pointing out the nicknames of the players in case they are not clearly visible in the video due to low quality.

You need to create a new topic in this section. In the subject of the topic it is necessary to specify the violator's nickname and the violation (for example, dingus - hacking, wolf - power leveling). The message body must also specify the player's nickname and have screenshots and videos that are necessary to prove the violation.

 

• After making the new topic and posting the evidence you can look for witnesses, look for the people who were in the battle at that time and request them to be a witness in the Violation. After making the topic it will remain open until there is sufficient evidence. However if the evidence is not enough the topic will be closed. The decision of punishment will be taken by the Moderators and Administrators of the game.

 

What happens afterwards?

As soon as the moderator decides that there is enough evidence against a certain player, the player will be punished (with the assistance of the Developers and Tech Support). The punishment will be determined by the Administration and the penalty can be a warning, a strip of experience points, rating, or crystals, permanently blocking access to the chat and forum as well as a complete block from the game.

Remember, there will never be instant decisions on the fate of the players, Patience is the key, If there is a violation. It will always be punished.

 

PS, It is not allowed to PM the forum moderators about your topic as soon as it is made. You should only PM a moderator if your topic did not get any attention in a week or more.

 

In order to maintain order within this section it is advised not to post unless highly required. Any post that interferes with the speed of work done in this section. will be dealt with at least a week ban, second time a month. And if repeated a permanent ban. The following is further prohibited.

 

1. Flooding, defined or undefined is prohibited in this section. Even if you made a similar topic, do NOT reply in another one. Posting is only allowed to the topic maker, the witnesses present at the time, and the representatives of the administration. Further information

 

2. Anything that slows down the process of complaints will be dealt with a ban. This includes even the subject of the topic and the text contained in it. The subject must have the violation and the player's name in it! It must be related to the post!

 

3. As well as any other violation of the rules.

 

You are allowed to bump your own topic, but only once a day!

 

Keep note that in case of any false proof that might have been edited or altered to frame a certain player, the topic maker takes full responsibility and will be punished by a month ban. Any further violation will be dealt with a permanent ban.
