There are never too many holidays! In honor of the Lunar New Year, we launch a new mini-game called «Tanki and The snow trap». Ice floes The mini-game map consists of ice floes and on each of them, a surprise awaits you. But, as you know, there are good and bad surprises. Let’s start with good — crystals, tankoins, containers and batteries. When you conquer an ice floe, a reward is sent to a special storage at the Checkpoint, and is not immediately credited to your in-game account. On each movement, you need to spend 10 units of gingerbread. It may be enough to move one, two, or three ice floes forward. And now let’s talk about bad surprises — there will be special «snow traps» on your way. By entering them, you can move either forward, or go 5 ice floes back. Within the same lap, each trap can only work once, so if you hit it and are pushed back, this one «snow trap» will not push you back in this lap again. Don’t worry, even if luck is not on your side and you get pushed back, you can receive a reward for each ice floe that you pass twice on your way forwards. Checkpoints A player starts their journey from the 1st checkpoint. The mini-game ends after five laps — when you reach the 6th checkpoint. After passing the whole lap, a player gets to the checkpoint. There is a special vault on it to store all the prizes that the player received on these ice floes. Yele - Yele has been a part of the community for a decade, but her diligence and determination are still as commendable as they were on her first day. She is without doubt one of the most reliable and hard-working of them all! Yele is here everyday to oversee the Battle Moderators team and assist them in everything they may need. Thank you, Yele, for all the excellent work! Vlad - Vlad has been a part of Tanki eSports for a long time, and his love for it is crystal clear! Vlad is present at almost any given time to make sure the eSports scene is running smoothly. One thing is for sure, eSports would not be the same without Vlad. Our gratitude to him is immeasurable! Mosad - Mosad is one of the most passionate helpers in our community, and this year he finally got a chance to prove himself in an Administrative position! His colleagues can always rely on him to complete any given task. Apart from his eSports Administrator position, Mosad has shown to be a highly dependable chat moderator as well with consistent excellence in his work and has mentored many candidates who grew to prove themselves to be an asset to the chat moderation team under his mentorship. Words alone cannot express our appreciation for him! Stratosphere - Stratosphere works hard everyday to make sure the Wiki is up to date while at the same time watching over the Wiki Editors team, giving advice and fixing coding issues with ease. Everyone knows that there is no one better than Stratosphere when it comes to coding; he is a Wiki Administrator for a reason! StealthMasterX - Only a few selected people can be trusted with complicated tasks, and StealthMasterX is definitely one of them. Those who got to work with him will tell you that his dedication and love for his position is genuine! Stealth had already been a Helper in Tanki X prior to becoming a Helper in our community. In fact, he has been a Wiki Administrator in both games! Apart from his work as a Wiki Administrator, Stealth also handles posting on Tanki Online's social media accounts as a Social Media Manager. kaisdf - A vital part of the EN community for many years now, kaisdf was previously in charge of the Newspaper team, which supplied the community with interesting articles and contests, as well as the Events team, which provided activities that many players looked forward to every single evening! Nowadays, kaisdf manages the Social Media team. His job consists of guiding new candidates, giving moderation advice to his team, and dealing with players' requests/complaints regarding the EN Discord server. His work as a Social Media Administrator is very important, and we are very thankful to have him here! Blutchidoo - From his very first moments as a candidate, it was clear that Blutchidoo loves the game and its players! Now, almost two years later, Blutchidoo is taking care of two helper teams simultaneously, and no one has a doubt that he is the perfect Administrator. His work ethic is strong, and he takes his positions very seriously but at the same time stays kind and cheerful to anyone around him. Our only wish is that he would stay with us forever! GG_reg - GG_reg is the one in charge of the Proofreaders Team, making sure everything is done correctly. Thanks to him and his team, players can enjoy official posts and announcements from the game without encountering errors. On top of that, GG_Reg also watches over the entire community as a Head Administrator and has taken care of much of the admin matters earlier in the year. The.L-E-G-E-N-D - Everybody knows that The.L-E-G-E-N-D truly cares for the English livestreams; it is his first priority in the game! Excyte - If diligence were a person, it would be Excyte! He has been a key Helper since the day he joined the team. He provided the community with top notch streams and was promoted to the position of Content Administrator very quickly. Excyte is the type of guy who never leaves anyone behind. He genuinely cares for his team of helpers and would spend countless hours to make sure everything is clear to them. His passion & attitude really make him stand out from the rest! Quo - One of the most talented artists this game has ever seen! You have probably seen many of his artwork around the forum. He never stops searching for new ways to improve and always makes sure everyone gets a design they are happy with. While some people were initially skeptical at his rapid promotion, Quo managed to prove them wrong and show that he has what it takes to be a good Administrator! Spy - One can always rely on him for assistance and advice — Spy is a senior Helper of many talents. Previously a Wiki Editor and Hebrew Translator, he currently holds positions in eSports and the Forum while also managing the Spectators Team and the YouTuber TO Program. His dedication to serving the game and its community saw him promoted to Head Administrator this year. Handling workloads far greater than the average Helper, Spy nevertheless still manages to complete every task swiftly and professionally. Apost - Throughout the year, Apost has been an invaluable asset to the helper team, displaying unparalleled devotion towards his wide range of duties that have included moderating the eSports server and keeping the Wiki up-to-par. His unflagging energy, enthusiastic approach to work and willingness to take the initiative no matter what task was at hand has earned him this year's Helper of the Year. MEFA - MEFA brings his cards to the table - with his hobby and eagerness in Photoshop, he manages our talented eSports Design Team whilst creating phenomenal and unique art pieces when needed to as well. We can't express how much your contribution has helped us, along with your willingness to help at any given moment. Thank you for always being a trustworthy and enthusiastic person! Super_Nickson - Nick has been a key asset in moderating our eSports discord server in which he manages a team of individuals which follow his footsteps. He's a great mentor and Team-Leader, and for that reason he more than deserves to be along the others here. He's a down to earth person and always keen to help his fellow eSports Team-Leaders and anyone he comes across in his path. Thank you for an amazing year of contribution! Jack - Jack joined the helpers back in 2021 and since then he took upon himself to be the best at anything he does. He started off as a commentator where he attended almost every single livestream! The EN livestreams became a lively place to be in whenever he was commentating, his cheerful and funny attitude made him excel. The perfect balance between his cheerfulness and seriousness led to a promotion - eSports Team Leader! Nowadays, Jack is responsible for the production of the eSports News Show. He makes sure everything is in place and new players can learn about eSports. Having Jack is definitely an important asset to our community and we are very grateful for having him! Not only that, throughout the year Jack has proven himself to go above and beyond in his dedication to the chat moderation team with incredible performance month-over-month. He's considered to be an asset to the team. With his fast learning abilities and a well-collected & imperturbable personality, Jack has shown to be an excellent mentor to chat moderator candidates as well. Newer moderators look up to him when in doubt. He has earnt himself the Helper of The Year reward with flying colors. Sabry.Superman - This is a name that you will definitely have seen in the Tanki server, as he has dedicated an astonishing amount of time to helping players and trying his best to solve their issues. But that hasn't been his only task; Sabry joined the eSports referees team early this year and had a lot to learn, but surprisingly it didn't take him long to fit in the team and be one of the best helpers in the team, he spends a lot of time helping the game community and eSports and he is always ready to do more, he has successfully made his mark in the helper team and definitely deserves to have his name in the helpers hall of fame as one of the best helpers of the year. Modre - He is the perfect example of being "Unknown soldier", you may not see his name that much in eSports but Modre was one of the huge reasons we provide such an amazing content for the eSports team, he always come with his 4K camera to record cool clips of best of the eSports matches and later after that he design thumbnails for both the eSports team and the Livestream team. Thank you Modre for all the work you have done for eSports in 2022. Marekos1111 - Side by side with Alfi, they've run into similar positions. He was responsible for organising and judging contests for players and managing the contests section of the forum as Admin. Although now, he's an active Forum Moderator and content translator, speaking multiple fluent languages to translate the V-LOGs. Not too long ago he acquired a position in eSports, to also write scripts and translate them so their News Shows could be viewable for both EN and RU players. Thank you Marekos! Alfi - Before the contests team was closed, Alfi used to run this group. They were responsible for organising and judging contests for players and managing the contests section of the forum, but now his roles are being a Forum Moderator, were he pursues rulebreakers and translating the V-LOGs. Like Marekos11111, they joined the eSports Video Team, creating highlights and News shows that is entertainable for any viewer! While being able to hold three positions, you make it look easy. Thank you Alfi! Happier - Happier joined the ranks of Rent a Spec Helpers back in 2021 and ever since he has always been very consistent with his work. He is always motivated to work hard and never fails to fulfill his duty! Despite having many positions across two communities, Happier manages to execute his job as a Spectator perfectly! Vision - Vision is, without a doubt, the best helper to ever join Rent a Spec. His dedication to the service is clear in everything he does, and he is always seeking new ways to improve and enhance the service for our clients. He is determined and passionate about what he does, and he never shies away from a challenge. Whether he is practicing his spectator skills or tackling any task that comes his way, Vision approaches everything with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Apart from his immense contribution as a content helper, he's also drifted into the scene of being an eSports Video Editor and recently a new asset to the Chat Moderation team. From his skillset and knowledge that he's acquired from his studies in video editing, he's able to make the highest quality content. He's always attentive to having an impact, so thank you for all the hard work this year! ImmortalKombatant - The Croatian subtitles players see on the V-LOG are all his handiwork. From his very first day to now, this Translator has not failed to provide subtitles for every video that were since released. Able to understand the English texts well, he excels at his job; and it is not uncommon to see him assisting other Translators with breaking down trickier parts of the script. A model Helper, ImmortalKombatant does his duties diligently and faithfully. NikmanGT - Don't be fooled by his omnipresense in Tanki discord chats, because when it comes to important moderation duties, NikmanGT takes his job very seriously. He is a reliable, dedicated and responsive helper, and an all-around great guy to have in the team. frederik123456 - From the moment we got his application, frederik123456 was a promising candidate, and we had high expectations from him. Safe to say that he met and exceeded these expectations, as he has proven himself as one of the best forum moderators we've ever had the pleasure to work with. Person_Random - Person_Random has been perhaps the definition of the Helper of the Year. She has consistently been one of the most active members of both the Proofreader and Social Media teams, and this along with the eSports News Team Leader role has allowed her to earn HotM for almost every single month of 2022 at least once over! Viper_BR1O1 - Viper has almost single-handedly kept the Brazilian channels of the Tanki server in check. He consistently clocks in high hours, providing a welcoming face to all new Portuguese-speaking server members, answering questions and helping all who need it. His absolute dedication to the role has proved him clearly worthy of the Helper of the Year title. xPuma - As with Viper, xPuma has spent the last 12 months ensuring that the Spanish speaking side of the Tanki server has a calm and friendly atmosphere, keeping track of rule-breakers and hanging out in channels as a friendly point of contact. His hard work has not gone unnoticed, and so it is a pleasure to nominate him for Helper of the Year. xntrc - Despite being one of the newer members of the proofreaders team, xntrc has been an exemplary helper. As soon as a text is ready for proofreading, xntrc is on it and his work is always accurate. All the patch notes, event news and V-log texts that you get to experience in the forum and in game will most likely have been looked over by this guy. As a proofreader, a lot of our work is done in the background but xntrc really stands out from the crowd with his dedication and hard work which is why he is in receipt of this prestigious award. chinufire1 - Chinufire1 started the year as an Event Helper, and was promoted to Organiser just in time for events to be paused! This didn't discourage him though, as he joined the Social Media team and managed to consistently be the most active member of the team (while apparently even maintaining a social life - if such a thing is possible for a Discord Mod). He has kept track of the server: answering suggestions, punishing violators, and keeping channels active, and is clearly deserving of the Helper of the Year award! 20H12 - 20H12 started the year as Dynasty, a Social Media, Rent-a-Spec, and Contests helper, but has since experimented with many roles. He stuck with Social Media, but changed everything else, including his name! Now, 20H12 is a devoted member of the Social Media and eSports teams, and has been a saving grace helping out everyone who has sent messages and questions to the Social Media pages, and in takes excellent photos and videos of some of the most intense eSports matches we've seen this year! SuperJohn - We can't imagine the broadcasting team without him, being with us a helper for years now, he became a very important part of the team, with huge passion and dedication for the team, always there to deliver every single small detail of the action and heat in the match, always trying to improve his broadcasting skills even though he almost mastered it, doing multiple tasks in the same time to ensure everything is delivered to the optimum level, even when he is not broadcasting he still helping us with various other things, to make sure that the viewers are always enjoying and having a good time like no other in our streams. He has done 80 streams throughout the year which is translated to 89.27 hours! As a person he is a very friendly and chill guy in the whole helper team, broadcasting takes a lot of skills and time but still managed to do all of that at the optimum level with no hesitation, we have covered all the eSports streams throughout the year thanks to people like him, and all of that for you guys ! we are happy to capture and show all these moments for you, our viewers, and with you we will continue to improve even more. Thank you John! Adab - Adab has taken on a formidable task as the person in charge of all parkour clubs in our community. He is working tirelessly on a daily basis to ensure that all clubs are following the rules and operating smoothly. At the same time, Adab is also running his own parkour club, showcasing his love and passion for parkour. Managing all of these responsibilities is no easy feat, and it requires a great deal of time, patience, and dedication. But Adab manages to perform his duties in the best way possible, thanks to his hard work and commitment. He is a true asset to our community and a valuable leader in the parkour world. Mr.Kenan - Despite having an extremely demanding occupation in his real life, Mr.Kenan has shown firm dedication to his work as a chat moderator. He exhibited keen interest in upholding the values of the chat moderation team and has never hesitated to share his articulated opinion on a wide range of discussions. He has a transparent personality and is focused on doing his tasks with perfection and is considered to be a veteran chat moderator.
