Do a speedtest at speedtest.net, maybe your ISP is having problems. Lag is caused by internet weakness(PING mainly) low FPS is a computer limitation.

I did on test server, after fully MUing my speed, it felt too un controllable. I had to MU to increase/decrease the wait, any of that, idk, I just MUd it. It helps get a better control over high speeds. Do only if you have quite alot MUd speed on medium hull.
