In case there are people who don't notice anything unusual: Scroll to to side and look at the last poster in the screenshot. All we need is an actual in-game clan system with an in-game clan chat and some good reasons to join a clan other than just having clan wars. Most importantly there should be good clan leaders that would accept newbies into their clan and help them level up and stuff. No one is saying those newbies have to join clan wars with you. And it doesn't mean there can't be Newbies vs Newbies from another clan or a clan war where the clan splits up into 2 teams and fights for fun.
