What do you mean by "oldest player"? Oldest by age? Oldest registered account? Oldest registered non-developer account? Oldest active player?

You should be able to just change the settings in your PC to switch to a Russian (or any language) keyboard with Shift+Alt. Pressing that combo on my PC toggles between RU and EN keyboards. The only problem is that you won't know which key is assigned to which letter.

You already got your answer. Don't assume that everything other players say is a lie just because they don't have an avatar. And as Mr.Sarcastic said - the answer is really easy to calculate so you should check it before applying.

If two players are OK with sending each other "dirty" messages, then they can do that as much as they want. The reason it's not allowed in public chats (and on the public forum) is because such messages can be seen by anyone including underage players and those, who get offended by that kind of language. This is why such content doesn't is being removed from public and offenders getting punished - to keep it clean and safe for others. As for account exchange, the fact that players got banned for it in chat never stopped anyone. If players wanted to discuss account exchange, they can get each other's contacts and discuss in virtually any other online place like Skype of Facebook. Flooding in PM is also completely fine. Just block the player if he is flooding you and you find it annoying. Same for inappropriate language and insults - you can block anyone whose messages bother you. The only other problem I heard being mentioned is phishing being sent in PM. But even that's not really a problem because it's extremely ineffective. Unlike public chats where a lot of people may see phishing posts and there is a high chance that some will fall for the trap, sending phishing links in PM means that the scammer will have to send a message to each individual tanker and they may only get some results out of it after thousands of messages, which is extremely inefficient. There are similar systems in other games and it was proven over time that scammers don't use PM for phishing.

No, they won't. If a player is insulting you - block them. Also, I'm not sure if violations via PM will be ban-able via the chat violators section, but I don't think that will be the case.

We decided that the 10 second record for fastest time to take 2 gold boxes was not valid due to lack of proof, so it's vacant now. Also, the recent record for fastest time to take two golds is NOT approved for reasons stated above. Two new records in ratings: ratio of experience against time. If you want to see if you beat this record, just divide the amount of experience earned by the amount of time spent playing with that particular gun or hull. The records can be beaten with any gun and any hull. To avoid easy record breaking opportunities with alts, to apply for this record you have to have a rank of at least Warrant Officer 1.

Yes, that's the idea. Any records where a player simply drives around and collects golds already on the ground apply to "most gold boxes picked up at once".

If you want to play without supplies, play PRO battles, otherwise there are no other options for you other than buy a supplies kit and respond to druggers or simply suffer. On all my maps with the exception of Madness and Gravity, any gold boxes shown with a darker shade indicate that the gold box is not on the surface but underneath something (a bridge, a roof or inside a tunnel). Such gold boxes are also labeled. Simple rule: if the marker is underneath something, then the gold box will spawn on the ground.
