Could you post the section where it says PUKING is allowed? Based on analogy, we may conclude that some things are not necessarily listed in the EULA but it stands to reason that they are prohibited. May it be that you have my free time and I shall have yours in the future. How's that for a deal?

I agree with the overall aspects of this topic! Unfortunately nothing's going to change for the moment.

Here's a positive thing about re-balance: because of it, we can now see you puke among other things. My only complaint would be that you should go puke in the off-topic section of the forum. In here, puking is forbidden by the EULA.

The truth? How would you know what the truth is? :lol: By all means, only devs truly knows the truth about this. You are only speculating on this, just like me despite the fact that that's the official notice that you've received from the Staff and yes, indeed everyone is free to believe whatever he/she wants. How long did it took you to figure this out?

You see there's only one....tiny, little thing they forgot to say which is: "you will buy back (or at least try) the items that previously HAD and LOST @re-balance time due to the new ridiculously high prices they offered us". Now go and buy back your most beloved hulls that you could not afford to re-buy when re-balance came. 25% discount is close to nothing in terms of new game economics and prices. Now, now..I know..they raised the prices, rebalanced the hulls so now they are worth the price..right? :lol: They gave us rebalanced hulls which means they pretty much act the same but feel different in overall game performance and at the same time each has it's own strength and weaknesses. The whole re-balance thing was made so that a certain type of m3 weapon/hull can deal with any other type of m3 weapon/hull due to balanced strength and weaknesses in each, right?. So why should one buy an m3 anything which now costs loads more than before if his/hers overall game performance will be the same as other users (skills not included)? Just because m3 Twins now does x23453 more damage? Or maybe because Dictator now has 34234252562x10E^2 more HP? Oh well..flash news ..so does the others. :lol: They are balanced now. Some of the weapons/hulls might actually be unbalanced now and even the devs admit some of that (firebird after-burn effect, freeze time @freeze, shaft nerf, rico and so on) but that's more like a failure than a feature, right? Point is that re-balance was not justified in terms of prices but maybe in terms of game balance and future updates and thus moving forward, this discount is close to 0 in terms of "keeping the customer happy". I already know and I don't need to be reminded that: - I'm not allowed to talk about actions of devs and mods and so on (the Book of EULA); - It's a (so-called) free game (now, more like pay or leave game). - I can leave if I don't like it.

This is a random topic, does not exist in the forum, which I've created by altering the $_GET parameter called "showtopic" in the topic URL with a random number: http://en.tankiforum...=getnewpost -> and the result is "We could not determine which topic you were attempting to view." Therefore the topic still exists, but only a few can see it now :P . Which means that the person who made it private was either not able to delete it due to limited administrative rights or it was made private because talks are still going on in there. Of course, there will always be option number 3 which is too much was said in that topic therefore it is needed as a proof for something..donno..just saying :D . A while ago, when daily bonuses were introduced, they said it's a totally random process. For those of you who actually believed it, let me slap you with the awful truth. It does make a difference! Others will see it and will be more or less influenced by it. Many think alike even though only a few have the guts to actually say it. Some still have hope while a few really just don't care. After 2 years of playing this game I think he's entitled to his own topic, don't you?

If you think that's nice, you should have seen see my PM sent box at the time. It was far from being nice. Not to mention that I did not get my real rank back in the end. I ranked up from General to Marshal again. The ultimate question for me would be "Do you like what TO has become today?"

Ok..so be it if you wish :) It's a long story, but some might remember it. A few years ago many of high ranked players in this game got demoted due to another great (masterpiece) TO update/fix (whatever..). I was a Marshal which at the time, was the ultimate rank in the game. I lost about 400k exp points back then (btw..they are still gone forever until this day) and I was demoted to WO5 (at first) while keeping my full Marshall garage. Due to my new rank and maps rank restrictions, I could only join low rank battles but having the garage of a Marshal therefore all the players used to call me a buyer :). After many, many emails to tanki and forum posts, I managed to get back my real rank. For about 40-50 days, TO put me through this: Marshal --> Warrant Officer 5 --> Third Lieutenant --> Marshal --> Second Lieutenant --> Marshal --> First Lieutenant --> Marshal --> First Lieutenant --> General -> back to Marshal You can read more about this in this old topic I've created at that time: http://en.tankiforum...5461&hl=fsdfsdf So to answer your question, no. This ain't like the old days anymore. Back then, we knew who's who and we enjoyed playing. I left for about 1 year, then I decided I still need something to distract myself in those sleepy mornings while having my coffee, something simple, and Tanki (still) was the perfect thing to it. Unfortunately, came back and found "re-balance", "update 123" and so on. After 4 years of playing, seems to me it's a bit harsh having my garage more than halved and no real way of making some decent earnings without paying (unless one plans to grow old here and have his kids continue his work...). Everybody can buy his way up now, so no rewards for a hard work player there also. As for others calling me a buyer now for having any M3 weapon...that would be an even bigger insult than it was before since now, more than ever, I don't plan to buy anything here. Not now and not ever. :) P.S. Did you knew that am M3 Smoky is now around 230$ through PayPal? You figure out the rest.

Can you give more details on that? I would be more than happy to pay a monthly fee to TO to hear things like this rather than having to put up with things like update 123 )))

(Ofc. not counting rebalance and update 123...these two alone are masterpieces, untouchable!). I might just stay around here for a while just to know the answer! P.S. Just look at the massive forum activity that happened lately in the English community. Loads and loads of...nothingness )) Oh yeah..I know...they are all busy playing The Game.
