the Best way is to get partenered with YouTube through a sponsor, like machinima.YouTube will give them the money earned by the ads on your videos , your sponsor take a percentage, he advertise for you, and you get 60% of the money YouTube paid them. Being a YouTube partner give you advantages, like partner's background, and other stuff.. i'll find the link for the application if you want, but you have to sign the contract for 3 years..
