Let me explain this hopeless phenomenon. The Mayans believeds in 'worlds', and at the end of these 'worlds' the Mayan gods would end that world. They (the worlds) always ended after the same period of time. They made a calendar calculating the end of this 'world', and Friday is the very last date. Clear enough?
