How about replacing 100 xp with this: A tutorial battle where you can earn a tons of xps by killing targets(which are killed in 1 shot, 50xp each and 20 kills limit) But normally only recruits could enter for free, so if you are not a recruit you need to pay 100 cry to enter.

You can already get xp by killing other players, so what's the point?
