Actually it takes firebird 17 seconds to charge, and 6.2 seconds for freeze. Anyway, firebird can kill a mammoth m3 (without resistance) in 4 seconds of firing.

I agree with Joostcool by 100%. Currently, only the Russian community may have a clan system, due to their organization and discipline. What they have there is that you need to open a team > Win a tournament for teams (There you can receive a clan license, prize and a unique paint). Also, clans have rules such as having at least 3 official clan wars a month and so on... What we see in the English community is very dis-organized. You can see official clans being opened at very low ranks, many opening/closing clans such as zain555's clan (No offense intended, just an example). In this way there is no possible way the developers could provide the English community with a clan system. First of all, learn to be organized without a clan system, then be organized with one.
