First go to the section you want to create your topic (general, complaints e.g.). You'll see in the top right corner, in descending order: your nickname, search, view content, follow this topic, start new topic. Press the 'start new topic' button. Give your topic a title, type what you want to say, then press 'post new topic'. But remember, don't create useless topics.

Jade is perfect in maps like Monte Carlo, Desert. Irbis is better in maps like Silence, Bobruisk (because of the Isida protection), and Irbis is a bit cheaper. Overall I think Irbis is a bit more diverse. (yeah I use Irbis..)

I know, makes it hard to choose..

Don't you have a weapon M2? Or the good old Twins M3? Because you have a strong tank. And you'll need a bit of luck!

Then Storm is the perfect paint, Freeze (30%), Railgun (10%) and Thunder (5%) protection, it's very cheap compared to the other paints and it doesn't look bad. Otherwise Rustle is good choice too.
