Back then, Iran was a heavy map to play on compared to other maps though. FPS was a lot lower when playing that map. Not sure if that had anything to do with the shadows.

The video was made in 2011. A lot of progress has been made in 6 years. What's more, Flash technology is coming to an end, so the game has to make use of alternatives.

Back then, holiday paints weren't purchasable. Like @splitterpoint said it was the basic holiday paint that transformed to the New Year paint for the duration of the celebrations.

These aren't helpers though, unless they're part of the newspaper team as designers.

The standalone flash player cache is stored in the Internet Explorer cache, so you'll have to clean your IE cache in order for the standalone version to work again. Or are you talking about the official Tanki Online client that isn't working for you?

When you play wearing one of the paints: you kill -> your K/D rises. That means your team's K/D also rises. When you play wearing one of the paints: you get destroyed -> your K/D drops. That means your team's K/D also drops. It doesn't matter what your opponent is wearing. Of course, if your opponent is wearing one of the social media paints, it will also affect his or her team's K/D. In short, everything counts when YOU wear the paint.

You have to make those kills individualy. You can destroy any opponent and in team games you should. In dm, I suggest you do not destroy players with the same paint as you in order to help them and ultimately the social media team you picked.
