I guess so, but as every rule, it might not be respeced by some people, so I think, if AI is dangerous, that the rules of authorities won't really make it more save.

To launch the conversation, I'll give an idea. IMO, if we copy paste a human brain into a computer, with all the stuff in it, it will act exactly like the human. What might be dangerous, is to connect that computer to internet, where he might cause damage. What I don't really understand, is how a machine can have the ability to resound by itself… I did, check the second post :)

I totally agree with you, although I'm more "JeNeSuisPasCharlie. It has become popular because it hurt the freedom of speech. Of course many people die everyday, but we don't talk about them all over the world, that's because their dead is a private affaire, whereas the freedom of speech is a universal value, so everybody feels concerned. It doesn't excuses the fact that they killed them. Nothing can excuse it. That's exactly the problem with the Tanki Online Forum rules.

Bad or good? Do they "deserve" it? Are they influencing other nations's political decision too much? Would everyone on earth be able to say what he really thinks about the USA, without risking to lose their (good) reputation, liberty and/or live, if no, how to change that fact?
