When you have DCC it will give the double amount of the crystals you buy. but after you buy then it will show that you got double amount of the crystals, before you buy it will just show the normal amount of crystals.

you were in garage more then 4 minutes?, anyway if you think you got kicked from the battle unfairly or due to the servers fault, you can claim for crystals, and of course you need to give them the proof aswel.

if you think they are multing, you should record and report in Game Violators section. when you have voted them in the game, moderator comes and watch the battle for few minutes, if they see the players is multing or doing somthing wrong, then they will kick the player from the battle.

you wanted to go in map serpuhov, so create a battle in serpuhov and enter that battle, then when you get in that map come out and find a serpuhov map battle, you will be able to get in map, if you do that. and that's what i normally do. Also clean the caches and browsing history.
