Once again there has be a discussion about this earlier and was soon closed and so this topic will be closed anyway. And freeze has not been nerfed as it is still powerful, but appear its freeze effect been altered a bit.

And if you play in that battle, try planting plenty of mines around the flag... oh wait will it be a no supply battle right? Oh well, good luck. ;)

Seems you have forgotten that Tanki Online dev team is a business. Yep the game is free, you earn as much crystals from battle, competitions and other rewards giving competitions. We are not blind, we know, we have seen changes and we have to accept it because Dev team always have their business plan to make money for their own living. So be grateful that this game is free, but "donating" money to them is your rightfully choice.

Guys, freeze has not been nerfed at all, look at the DPS, still at 56. Freeze effect last long as usual. Nothing has been change. Only the speculations and rumors had startled you and fooled you over again. Oh and maybe should you guys really take a proper test with your TO buddy using freeze until you come with a proper conclusion.

It's amazing how all the dropzone are flooded with crystals at high rank battles like at silence. Yeah, I like how you describe this "...well done for sticking it out till the end.", it was worth it after all!

Well, there are quite a few mammoths but I see more hornet and vikings as usual. I said you might wanted to get firebird in high rank (m2 is unlocked at major) because of its high DPS. As for paint protection, there are more anti freeze like inferno, emerald, rustles and few others. Inferno are commonly used at high rank battles in a small maps like silence. Then the paint protection against firebird like zeus are quite rare, but there are some common anti firebird paints like storm, swash and jaguar. I'm not using m2 firebird at the moment but it is nice to use but quite challenging to use in a battle if there are numbers of freeze player as they cool down other players. Good luck for your tankman career! Viking. But for my other "noob" account at WO2, I'm using mammoth and sometimes wasp.

If freeze was actually nerfed, strange that it is only weapon that has been changed since rebalance... Freeze for now and firebird at higher rank.

We and a mods were only informing the players what the update was since they weren't checking properly, because they were only making speculations but in-fact the update was already implement into game i.e speculated that 168 update was for nerfing freeze effect which isn't as the dev team updated such a information what the update was about on the official web page and in the forum. No, we do not treat them like ****** but to avoid too much speculations and unnecessary topic under general section. Oh to avoid being banned, my best advice is that you must read rules.

I get angry at my team mates when they are playing noobs. I swear at them infront my laptop screen. :lol: And sometimes I threaten them by kicking them out if they don't play properly.

And? Is that your expectation? At least you will be having higher rank players in your team.

No, the crystals will increases as you buy more upgrade. But at least the full upgrade becomes cheaper. And remember, only speculation at the moment as you said ;) and still have to be test first. Price might alter after the testing phase.

Epic battle! I can imagine what it must be like for you to loose. What map was it? Oh I figured it must be Dusseldorf? Unfortunately I didn't take snapshot of result this I battle I joined. It was at Dusseldorf for 100 flags with no time limit and I used m1 smokey and m2 mammoth with quite amount of drugs. I join on the winning side with around 20 flags against 10 flags at around 9pm. The leading points of both team (rank at generalissmo) was around 5000 but they eventually left and I had around 1000 points along with some 2000-4000 points at the lead around 50 flags. We were winning all the way to 100 flags, but at some point one massively drugger m3 twin and viking joined in opposite team, it became harder and harder since they were beginning to plant mines all around and almost impossble to kill a player that planted all those mines. Then I became so frustrated that in fact we were at 99 flags against 20 something flags, they were defending their flag very very well. We fought almost an hour and a half with only one flag left to capture. But eventually, the time has come to the rescue there was a server restart around at 2am. I can't remember the exact end result was, but I remember receiving 6000 crystals with only 4000 points, that means leading points was close to 10 000 points received massive amount of rewards. This has to be one of best battle I've been to.

My apologies for saying "duh" at you if it was offensive, maybe facepalm should be more appropriated word to use. Sometimes players on the forum really need to check for the facts once they are updated, like 163 update for instance. It's nice to have "elements of surprise" but surprisingly, the result of a speculations are always disappointing at the end as you met your expectation on 163 update of "freeze effect being nerfed" which it wasn't. Now, let's keep to this rule... I don't know if this question has been asked? For each micro-upgrade that you buy, do you buy limited amount of micro-upgrade at certain level of rank or is it possible that you buy as much at one rank that a weapon are almost as poweful as the next full upgrade? For example, I have m2 smokey which is unlocked at Colonel, is it possible that I can buy most of the micro-upgrade which has almost same power as m3 at Brigadier? Or do I buy limit amount of micro-upgrade at this rank and only able to buy more at the next rank?
