You have no proof whatsoever thats true. You video shows nothing either, only the points when there are crits, he could have done 100 of shots between the clips you showed. I've played with Smoky M3 since the Rebalance. It's DPS without crits is way less than Thunder, in fact it's almost the same as Rail. Each weapon has a special feature, Smoky's is the crit hit. It's not OP, I have got frustrated playing Smoky many times and switched weapon.

The clan rules are like they are for a reason. Most lower ranks don;t have the commitment to stay in a clan. Its not hard to get to WO3, only a few of months. Getting a decent rank before joining shows you are commited. Teams have lower rank requirements anyway. Closed.
