I suggest a higher price level in Tanki Online. People love buying. Aim at becoming the tank version of Apple. Also it concerns me that the shaft is so insanely strong now after re-balance, I fear that it could even hurt people in real life. It is a too powerful weapon in the also too fast moving Viking. And more animated commercials, please, the Cartoon Network style is spot on.

Instead of acting like an insulted kid in a schoolyard, understand that a great number of (former) players are unhappy. When you grow up and start to make some money, you will be more concerned about unhappy customers. Many customers leave without any statements, which is far worse. All clues given by ex-customers are feedback which is gold if you want to correct your behavior. I can imagine you don't use feedback or reflection before making your decisions. Just take cover in the flock.

You are still just a parrot. Why do you not answer and give qualified answers to RedSlayer and sgt.barnes that claims that this EULA is not legal when players purchase crystals in fx Europe? You just assume that the EULA you quote is all you need. Come on, answer the previous posts by fx sgt.barnes. Not quoting the EULA but get the facts right. The law. Don't answer me now, answer their posts that you ignored.

I guess we will have to repeat Barnseys post. Instead of calling people smart or not, which childish and unprofessional, why not show that YOU are smart, answering posts about what is legal and what is not. We are talking about paying customers and LAW! No one is above the law. You are just incapable of answering the more complex questions and claims here, and you should simply just be quiet when the best you can do is to call people smart (and imply many are not). You simply cannot be mature enough to handle your job here. No one asked you to repeat the message. People expect some kind of official answer from tanki online. Not a parrot. Your role is insignificant as you cannot say anything while customers quote law. Step back. "There is nothing we can do." Be happy that great people from world history was not like you. Step back.

No, every single individual does not have to give reasons. If they leave taking their money with them, then Tanki Online know all they need to know: they have to act. And if they don't, they need to communicate and with manners. You simply don't get the point. A discussion is to ask for feedback. We are the customers. They deliver the service, we PAY for. Customers here add plenty of arguments. Storms of "Don't want it" is enough argument in this context. Thousands and thousands of customers are unhappy. A company does not need more. Many posts with same content say something about how big the problem is. Look at the size of this thread and the one in Russian, closed by the moderators. Customer care? No, totalitarian methods applied. Perhaps your logic works well in the school yards, but not in this context. Customer service is not for amateurs. As a "consultant" he should also have manners, and no matter how angry customers are, behave like an adult and even an employee. This is not kindergarten. This is about a company and its customers. It is SERIOUS business. And as such Tanki Online must act like a company run by professionals. Not with animated movies on YouTube for 5 year olds, but with professionalism, manners and respect for its customers.

So, you are a "consultant". I will do you a favor. Give you some advice. If you should succeed in getting a job in the real world, talking to paying customers like this will get you fired, with good reason. If you in the real world used terms as "understand" or just communicate the way you do here, you will be fired. I do get the point, that this re-balance (re-buy) will not be cancelled. My payments will though and you can consider me an ex-customer. Behaving like you do, expecting that deeply frustrated customers will just shut up instead of airing their opinion here, is downright insulting. Look at the front page - "DISCUSS in forum". TANKI ONLINE asked for the discussion but you cannot deal with unhappy customers. How lousy is that. Further the Stalinist approach to criticism is childish and unworthy. Worst of all, I see no signs of Tanki Online involving itself in the discussion, except your not too constructive posts, no damage control, no nothing. I now know everything about this company there is to know. Look at the current prices in tanki, they expect people to pay impressive amount of money, you are running real business. They have have to behave like one. And no, animated videos is not how you do it. Bye tanki. You failed miserably.

Repeating a bad message to unsatisfied customers does not make it right. Tanki is the most expensive game I have tried and all of your "improvements" will make the game far more expensive. Your business model is flawed and downright insulting to customers that actually handed over to YOU far too big amount of money for one little tank game. Your way of dealing with customers is the worst I have ever seen online. I have seen it live, though, in Russia. I suggest you guys go on a study tour to learn. Customer is king. Returning customers even more. They will feed you and your team. I repeat myself: I will not support your company with another dollar. "Change is always scary as the first day in school" ... That did it. Goodbye. You FAILED!

Ditto. The game and game play has been totally destroyed. I will never spend one more $ here. Never again spread the word about the game, never mention it to anyone, anywhere. A pretty dramatic shift from week to week. Who would know tanki would treat their customers like this? Tanki customer is king. Remember it. I vote with my feet. You loose customers. You could have improved the game play or ... well... why should I give you advice. Bye. If I stayed here I would know, you could do this again to paying customers! I think it should be possible to change your tank configuration immediately after entering the battle. Sometimes you have to join a battle in seconds because otherwise it will be full, just to see that you the worst imaginable tank for that particular battle. If you go to the garage the battle will be full when you are done. Changing tanks during the game and many times would be a mess.

Think it over just once again: CTF games are often ruined by low ranks or poorly armed fellows that are desperate to get crystals. They do not play for the team, they drive around like zombies and ruin the game play for the rest of the team. Watch the bridge in Kungur. Full of tanks hoping for gold. Imagine how CTF games would be crippled by people hunting boxes and crystals instead of playing. Someone said these players (non-buyers) are needed in the games so the buyers has someone to shoot at. Rubbish! They destroy the game play, the team play and we do not need more chaos in the middle of the map. We do not need beggars everywhere. We need exciting team play. Face it: no one really knows how to improve the game play. Rebalance, dummy boxes, small adjustments. Useless. If it works, don't fix it. The real problem is that some people can afford the game, many cannot. The non-buyers are not the high-rank ones that captures flags or fund the development team. The buyers are the ones that waste tons of drugs in matches destroyed by useless team mates. Don't attract more of them with gold boxes, fake or not. Back to the laboratory and come back with REAL improvements to the game play. Good ideas do not fall from the sky like Gold Boxes. And it shows.

Who cares about new ranks and re-balancing. Tanki simply does not know how to improve game play, fiddling with details and adding new ranks does not make any difference. They are wasting tons of time on this that should be used on ADDING value to the game. They can add ranks forever, it does not make any sense. Boooring!

You do understand that you dont have to go with anything, right? Unless you are 6 years old and obey your parents like you should, this is a scary and depressing statement. They rule out there is customer is king and the more important rule is to treat loyal customers with the greatest respect. THEY pay you, you serve them for as long as they choose to pay you. When they leave you... you will understand that beggars can't be choosers. Tanki, the next update could be the great goodbye where I and some others ABANDON your game, NEVER pay you another dollar and NEVER recommend the game to others, not even mentions it. The market will give us other games to play and other companies to support.

You do not belong in the free world. Let people have their say. Especially paying customers. Customer is king. Even Russia is getting there slowly, slowly, and some day perhaps even tanki.

Are you serious? How do you think other companies makes sure that maps are great? Why do you you think map making is even a course at some IT-universities? How do you think companies release now products? Just guessing, taking a chance? Maps are million dollar business today, and look at tanki. People play 5 out of 50 maps all the time because great maps make all the difference. Shafts don't make any difference fx. Clever players find their ways around them. Clever players also avoid boring or pointless maps. Rebalance will not result in new customers, great maps will. My point of view counts. I am a paying customer. If a number of paying customers with my view stops paying... well, go figure. Changing core functionality that works great is just silly.

Tanki is very balanced now. If you make these changes, paying customers will re-think their stay here... and leave the game and you will loose money. If it works, don't fix it. If you have paying customers, don't loose them. I suggest you work on more advanced and popular maps instead of the tons of maps no one likes. And work on some great ideas.
