He's right you know. I know many many 12-14 year olds who are actually MORE mature and more knowledgeable of the game than some 17 or even 20 year olds! If someone is willing to help, the admins should at least give some people a chance and not just discard their application for the age. Plus this could teach people responsibility, which is a serious and important thing to have to succeed in life. Even if the age is still to remain the same, at least lower it a few years so that some people can have a chance and not wait 2-3 more years, which by the way, is a long time in internet years.

Tbh I'm not much of a sports guy and all, but I think it comes down to representing a group or an area. A team is sorta like "we're from this area, and we're here to show you what we got" etc. etc. Like a certain area can produce great players. The same can go with a home team. Someone can support a team from another area because that's where their blood comes from. I don't really know. You'd probably get a better answer from a sports fan :P

I see this around all the time and it is rather upsetting and unjustified in the moderator's part. You need more proof in the starter's part and put them under "provocation." But you do have to remember that getting involved is just as bad in that you're fueling the fire.
