That font ;-; My S5 might be hideously looking but that's worse. Sadly my background's not HD...but I still really like it so it's a keeper. (Resized)

Dearest Eragon and those against the Ice Bucket Challenge, I don't disagree with your thoughts that there are lots of ways to help charity. It is unfortunate that many neglect the existence of people in need though, and this often lacks the promotion of donating to others in need. A lot of people think, if I had a dollar and I could either spend it on myself on a delectable or on someone that they don't even know, they would choose themselves. The Ice Bucket Challenge originally came out as an idea to spread awareness of ALS and to encourage more donations towards the ALS Association for aiding with patient support, research, and ALS awareness promotion. Teenagers doing the challenge should not be deemed as brainless by any means. They are doing the challenge to help promote awareness and spread the word about ALS around their community. It all comes from a kind hearted origin, and not one that you came up with. As for parents, a lot of teenagers do choose to do it at home, where they can get towels, the bucket, water, etc. Parents who have an idea of this coming around should either have already told their child that it's ok, or that they should stay out if it for their own health's sake. Being that the challenge is all over the news, I'm pretty sure informative parents should know that this challenge is already booming in their part of the world. If the teenagers do decide to work the challenge, it does not mean that they are asking for a cold. Preparations can be made, such as a blanket, towels, an extra set of clothes, and a safe environment so that after the challenge, they are in good hands. A couple seconds of cold water on you should not immediately kill you, that's an over exaggeration on your part. I hope this answers some of your questions and confusions.

Reading above...people interpret hope as a positive and negative thing, and it can be right. False hope is something negative and can crush a man's heart. It's just that deadly, but when people are down and depressed, it is all that people can use to get back in the spirit. You never know when hope is false though. Without knowing, hope can make your whole life different. It gives a purpose, something for you to look forward to. It's just such a rich feeling of joy, happiness, and enjoyment all in one, and when there is hope, you would think that, even in the worst situations, things will turn out better than they seem to be at that moment. Hoping for something is clinging on the minimal possibility that it may happen. Even if you know that 99% it won't, you will still have that slight happiness that it isn't impossible. Hope drives me every morning, that something fun and exciting will happen in my day. That's my motivation. If it helps, here's what I hope for  My stocks to go up My marks to go up I can spend a fun day with the people I like spending my time with. Winning Mahjong :3
