I'd go for Freeze, as if you use Isida, enemies will easily drive away from you, when while you Freeze them, they're stuck.

For Isida, both Hornet and Wasp are very good options. As you already used Dictator, which is one of the biggest hulls, I wouldn't recommend going to the smallest hull. Wasp does have much more speed than any hull, even at m2, but it's unstable. If you have no problem with that, just go for Wasp. But if you prefer more stability, just go for Hornet, too be sure. And, Hornet is pretty cheap.

When my team tries to grab a flag, it might look so basic or useless, but just stand for the enemy shots, block them. It's not that much but it helps a team very well. My team always sucks (it does as well in other maps, but less, I know: sounds weird) And in Silence many more druggers occur than in bigger maps, or lets say it this way: Druggers are so effective in this map that you'll probably always loose. (because my team doesn't know where buttons "1,2,3,4 and maybe 5" are situated on their keyboard.

No, if you're with low health, you'll play better. It's pschycological, because you don't want to die, you try your best to survive longer. And that is not pushing buttons "1" and/or "2"
