I believe iOS refers to the Apple mobile operating system on phone and tablets (iphone and ipad) if you want to give the desktop operating system a description the best you could do is OS X. But I don't think that this term is descriptive enough because windows is also coming out with OS X (windows 10). hence I used apple to describe the operating system......

Well there I must disagree with you, even though apple OS is unix based it actually has its own special kernel (the thing that sends commands to the hardware) and shell. If you download the apple app store on windows you can even download the Dmg or maybe iso in your case, allowing you to make a bootable thumb drive from it. So yes it is a valid os used by roughly 10% of Americas population. I realize that you were just using a play on words because Microsoft has a different name for their os. But Apple company and Apple OS are one and the same.

I think everyone is blowing this way out of proportion just because it is not the update you want does not make it bad.... They are human too you know and further more it is their game they can do what they want with it.....I am sure that they are also working hard on the other projects but with programming everyone probably has a specific job when someone has free time updates like this are born. just enjoy the new aspects of the game.

Hmmm I actually don't mind the new update.... my initial reaction to them was a bit slow but it actually adds another dimension to the game. With a bit more practice I don't think that it will be too bad.

It would be nice if they gave 90% discounts! ;)

What I mean to say is that you can find a problem with anything if you are trying to find a problem with it. So instead of looking for flaws look for things you like! Eventually you will make a mistake when doing something. If you are constantly trying to point out faults with other people they will be more than happy to turn around and do the same to you!

Loved this Maddog! I think that you are so right. People In today's society are in constant need of gratification. I myself have been very patient (my rank will speak for itself in this case) and I am often frustrated when my friends squander what they have on paints and micro-upgrades that in the end don't help them.
