If you want to capture a screen, your computer should have a Snipping Tool. Just go to your Start Menu, and type "Snipping Tool" in the search programs and files box. When it comes up on the Start Menu, just right click, and in the menu that pops up you want to left click on "pin to task bar". Now whenever you want to capture a screen shot, you just left click the Snipping Tool icon on your task bar. and follow the instructions. As far as recording? I haven't gotten that far yet..."Good Luck!" B)
