"You Can Answer! You Can Ask!"

The five previous answers are incorrect. Q: Why is a "threshold" called a "threshold"?

    Unstoppable Union.

I hope you don't take this as a personal assault, but however well intended your proposition might be in theory; the fact of the matter remains in favor of 123...Although "employees" in many industries have found significant benefit in the establishment of a union. Such as, idea sharing; the pursuit of fair wages and labor practices; as well as, the right to speak to management and leadership in a unified voice. The most predominant requirement in the formation of a union, under the authority of the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board), can be found in the word "Labor"...We are not Tanki employees. - As the world economy moves forward, so does Tanki (hence updates), or there will be no more Tanki.

A: Nicknames were first commonly used in ancient Greece as terms of affection, which the Greeks called hupokorisma, meaning "calling by an endearing name." Q: Why is a "threshold" called a "threshold"?

"You Can Answer! You Can Ask!"

The object of this thread is to answer a historic question presented by the previous person, then ask a historic question that is to be answered by the subsequent person, who will pose his or her own historic question. In the event the answer to a question is incorrect, the author of that question may (if they so choose) pose the question again, and if need be; again and again, until the accurate answer is given, or they may (if they so choose) give the answer at their own discretion...Since I'm the master of the thread, I will ask and answer my own question, then ask a question. Q: Where did nicknames originate on a societal level?

Your not alone. 86% of the world's population procrastinates. During the pre-antediluviand epoch, when leisure time was more abundant; procrastination was "zip!"...As for math? When all else fails, resort to the basic principles. [/img] "Oh! And look's aren't everything!"

    Classic Book

^ Most people wouldn't think of these books as "classics", but they are...I gave that one to my employees (Christmas) on the MTA back in the 1980's, who had very stressful jobs. They where very tough people, and still enjoyed it after all those childhood years. If you haven't already, here's another you might enjoy.

I need a picture of GVA

Couldn't find it either...Just a suggestion: If it comes down to it, you can copy+paste any picture of the Hulk killing a tank and send it to "paint" then add the words you want...You shouldn't have any problem with copyright, as long as your not using the picture for proffit...It's always good to get permission though, when altering someone else's work.
