I do like to argue. When I do, I'm more self-confident of myself or a current aspect of life. That is, if I'm right. If I'm wrong, I now know the "right" and how I was wrong. So arguing is helpful both ways, win or lose. People take that as a bad thing, I see it as a great thing. Okay then, would you like to explain it further? Here's what I understood from what you were saying, first sentence was you expressing that Twins will be nerfed. I replied simply facts that while the projectile speed will be slower, the plasma balls will be bigger (which may cause bigger impact, I don't know) and the rate of fire will definitely not be slower. The next four sentences (still in that "paragraph") were you taking an example of how the people who gave you a television then stole it and gave you a new one. I then reversed it and attempted to make you think about the opposite scenario. You then explained how there is no trust in buying a turret or hull with real money. Then you said how the developers must test the aspects before it's introduced. They do...a lot! But they 1. Needed it to happen sooner rather than later so they could progress on other updates and 2. Didn't know all these errors and it was impossible to do comprehend the future of this update. Now that they know what went wrong, what went right, what needs to be changed, how the game can be more entertaining for players, etc., they can adapt. You then attempted to insult the developers of Tanki Online and practically said something like this, "You guys need to test these much more and get it right. The facts I've displayed here should not be ignored and I've just showed something negative about you." I then reversed your last 4 sentences and explained why the players themselves should have more gratefulness and practically said what I said. The majority of the players are ungrateful for what Tanki Online is doing and this is something negative about most of them. Earlier I said a statement which was proven wrong, and which I'm happy about (as the only reason I argue is to be proven wrong, which means that I can now change my point of view and not be wrong about that in the future). DYKT said that not giving a sale on Christmas is despicable, and I agreed with that. Though not being grateful or what Tanki Online is giving you, is something I will never belong to.

Twins will have bigger plasma balls (which will blind the opponent's shot a bit more) and other than m3 (which will stay the same) the other modifications will have an increased fire rate! With the television example, what if it was different. What if you bought a 32 inch regular 2000's television and "the store where" you "bought into" your "home without" your "permission, and put" your "TV with" 3D HD 65 inch television with a Wii, xBox 360, and a Play Station. Now, what should they do then? Would you like them to make the exchange? Of course you would. They did this because they made an error in the way they sold you the 32 inch television and gave the bigger, better television with game systems instead for free. At the same time in your example, they may have made an error with your next-generation television which was not meant to be and meant to give you the black and white television instead of all you got so they had to made the change. Tanki's just balancing the weapons and hulls and giving them new physics. There is no gratefulness. No gratefulness as the Tanki developers give you this great game with the possibility to be free packed with endless fun, give you opportunities to make purchases, put on big sales, have organized tournaments, and do so much work and you don't even have the nerve to give them a simple "Thank-you"? Negative note for the majority of the players in this note.

I'd try clearing Flash Cache, and maybe the Browser Cache. too. (Though you might've already tried that) I use Google Chrome, and I honestly never get this problem. (Though it may be because I have a semi-fast internet) Clearing Browser Cache usually works for me, so that's out of testimony in Google Chrome. (That other tab there--why am I not surprised :D)
