^Smoky would be a better choice since its effective in all small/med/large maps. Twins is usually only useful in smaller maps or DMs and smoky is actually great in DMs too.

Most people call it 'D/L' as stated in the scoreboards ;)

I would go with freeze since it's much more enjoyable to use.... Isida may be more effective, however its boring to use IMO.

I guess he means using thunder (Med to long range) and you would still have an advantage over isidas in Sandbox if you're keeping to the opposite side of the map, away from short-range turets.
