I recommend you to ALWAYS wait for a sale, and yes, it's most likely (so not 100% sure) that there will be a sale on the 14th. Though I recommend you to get Viking m2 instead of Dictator m2. Smoky m2 is a really good choice, I actually think it's the strongest gun in the whole game together with Thunder at the moment. About digital, maybe it's a better idea to wait till you can get a paint like Savanna/Emerald/Inferno, Digital is also a decent option.

I hate that feeling... It's especially annoying in CP because you can't stop capturing points, in a DM you just stop killing or in a CTF you just don't capture, but CP... :(

It became quite impossible to cap without supplies. So many people camping on flag with few mammy's and some isida's these days... I used to play XP and drugwars only, it was fun. But now? Drugwars will become impossible and XP's are getting destroyed by noobs who join with the wrong combo or start before both teams are filled. So pretty much nothing to stay for anymore.
