There was no need to use this topic as a propaganda opportunity to advertise your religious belief...

I've been wanting to read that particular book for some time now ^_^

^Go ahead and click the links, then, and read the 'boring text walls' in this topic or whatever. Hmm, he makes a good point.

Congrats Crying_Wolf! So did you manage to retrieve your main account, Ely?
  8. Nah - being honest and open with your opinion on someone else's action(s) is perceived as a good trait ^_^

    Do you believe in evolution?

You know, there's a difference between forcing your belief upon others and sharing your belief with others... I personally think we should celebrate our different beliefs, rather than going "Oh no this issue is controversial let's not talk about it". My own beliefs, for example, are not set in stone - if I see a good point made by someone else, I might agree with it. For example, skitee has set forth a convincing argument against macro-evolution - this has, at the very least, made me think more about the distinguishment between different types of evolution. It's not bad to be different; as a society, I think we should highlight these differences, and discuss how they make us the diverse community we are. Increasingly, modern society is starting to hold discussion on more controversial issues, which may have previously been considered 'taboo' (e.g. religion); this increased open-ness, in my view, can only be a good thing.

    Do you believe in evolution?

As for the Big Bang, let's stay on the topic of evolution for now.

    Do you believe in evolution?

Your lack of scientific knowledge is possibly the problem here, rather than those particular scientific concepts not working - it looks like that's why Achilles has stopped responding. Take some time to research the concepts of DNA and the Big Bang... unless you want me to answer those questions for you? Though you can really answer them all through a Google search or two :P We are the middle ones, all animals are 'half-evolved' so to speak... Try reading my quoted answer above ^_^ Well, why not? I personally find such a discussion beneficial to both my knowledge and understanding of the issue, as well as giving the opportunity for me to learn about the beliefs of others.
  13. Done my entry... Now I just need to wait till I'm unbanned <_<

    Do you believe in evolution?

False - the whole point of 'mutations' are that they are mutations of our genes. We all have different genes, which determine different factors (height, weight, skin colour etc.). In much the same way, mutations can lead to new gene pools being formed. As you can see, I already answered this question on Page 2 (you were the one who asked it!). Let's avoid going in circles please

    Do you believe in evolution?

But evolution from one kind/species to another occurs through the process of natural selection (a form of evolution).

It's not a case of giving credit... He's practically copied that poem.

    [Issue 17] Double Stanza

Well, unfortunately, rules are rules; not following them rather defeat's the purpose of 'em. I don't think your entry will be counted as valid as it is, and so I hope you can find a way to cut out the last two lines whilst still including everything you need to. And actually, the '4 verses containing 4 lines' layout is a well-used, simple layout, generally used more than the 20 lines version.

    [Issue 17] Double Stanza

Do you want me to spell it out to you? OK, then... I-T I-S N-O-T Y-O-U-R-S. You didn't write that poem, you copied it from someone else on the Internet. Now go make the effort to write your own entry, like all the hard-working entrants here have done, or don't enter at all.

Can you get banned for a PM?

And Mr. Kirov will listen to us? We're just common players, to be ignored if we criticise the game, I thought? That's why @GoldRock was fired, at least ^_^

Can you get banned for a PM?

Anywhere? But I got insulted through Skype, and the mod who did it didn't get in trouble  We can't criticise anyone now? Wow, Remaine won't be happy xD (JK)

Can you get banned for a PM?

Are PMs subject to forum rules? I heard that got banned for a day for criticising a mod through PMs, so I just want to know if I should be careful about what I say in private now, too, in case my PMs are being watched and subjected to forum rules. Thanks! (EDIT) A mod insulted me through Skype. Can I report him for doing so?
