Ok, so i was thinking and thinking, and i came up with this idea of garages in maps. Everyone's garage will be in the maps, like silence has those, little cave. Instead of that they will have a garage. In the garage, you cannot see other people, you can only see them when they get out of it. Red and blue team, will have 2 different garages. Red team cannot enter the blue's garage neither can blue in red's. and as they are in there, they will be born there. When they enter the garage, the can gain back there health in about a minute. They can change their weapons, and they can close it, so if they want to get a break, a snack or something like that. But if they do not be active, they will get out of the battle.

ok what about these, and i like your idea Kill a 30 tanks in a single game, without any deaths=1000crystals. this would be a hard one. and an easy one would be= get 2 flags captured in a single game, with 4 players or more on the opposite team=100 crystals.
