this might be the satalite becouse so many peole on internet at 7 may couse you internet to not work or your provider i use a less known becouse less peaple using it less problems but run an internet test have it upload speed about 500-600 same with download speed this i exelen5 speed 400 for upload is ok or you could be the problem reboot your computer so long on its internet is stressing it reboot browser or comp sorry if my english is confusing if you need i will pm in simpler terms with better english
