Unfortunately, nothing can be done at all if you bought them by mistake. If it was due to Tanki's fault or some hacker using your acc then the story would have been different and you might have got your crystals back but sadly, your isn't this case. Absolutely, no doubt about it. I bought it pretty late but even then it proved to be worth all those crystals. I am still using it and it's still good as new. The impact force is lovely, you'll have the ability to divert aim of your opponents (specially rails) and you can use it to your advantage. The critical, this thing certainly helps as you already know what it does and while using an M2, the chances of getting one are better here. Also, the damage is quite improved compared to M1, you'll easily feel the difference.

That site is simply a sub-domain of Tanki, using that site isn't any different from using Tanki's website itself. The only thing is that you're entering that website who's cache and settings aren't saved yet in your browser. Clearing the browser cache should do the same thing as that. But anyways, if that method didn't work him at all then tell him to try clearing shared objects then and see if that makes any difference.

My opinion, get Hornet. There's a reason why almost everyone use this hull, it has some nice speed, good handling and will pretty much suit any weapon that you'll use with it now or even later on. Isida on the other hand, it's M2 isn't that good according to me when I've used it, but M3 is a different story. Until you're planning to get M3, hornet is preferred.

Emerald is certainly good when it comes to Thunder protection since it has the highest protection among all the other paints, that is 42%. That 42% helped me out in quite a lot of situation where I didn't think I would have been able to survive with those other Thunders around me or by my own splash damage. In fact, it barely damages my own tank when I fire very closely while using emerald and thus doing max damage to the enemy and hardly scratching my own tank . Also, it looks really cool.
