Rico + Vik would be a good combo at that rank so I would say to get it. Get Light Kit M1 only if you like the combo of freeze and hornet, the only good paint I find here is corrosion according to me other paints might not be that much of a use.

You wont be kicked if you didn't cross the pause time limit, so most probably you must have either made some mistake in counting or you must have seen the timing wrong.

Well all 3 weapons are good.Freeze is really good and it's M2 unlocks early compared to Rail and Fire so if you think you are really good with it then you should probably use it. Fire M1 on the other hand is also powerful but later on when you rank up few times, you will probably find it little less powerful compared to other weapons until you unlock it's M2 which actually unlocks much later on but is OP. Regarding Rail, I would say continue to play with it, you can use rail for big maps and all that where freeze or firebird can't reach at all.You can use both rail and freeze if you wish, there is no harm in using 2 or even more weapons as long as you play good with it and have no problem.

Since you have cleared your browser cache it will take some time to load but you will face less lags. Try reloading the page again if it doesn't loads.

First try using different browsers, if you still face problem then try using standalone flash player.It runs Tanki as a separate application so there will be less lags and better FPS while playing on it, you can find the download link and instructions how to use it here. If it still doesn't help then try to find out your internet speed and post it here. It is possible that your internet speed is responsible for low FPS.
