The thing is that if it was a big battle this player would need 5 or 6 (most likely 6) votes against him or her to get kicked. In order to get kicked he should have got 6 votes in some period of time. If it does not happen, the voting is cancelled and can be started again. So there is like a timer, voting does not last forever.

1. Now Gold Boxes can appear in old gold drop zones and at points where usual crystal boxes are dropped. So there are a lot more drop zones now. 2. First of all, as FBI said, this may happen not only in DM mode and you can drug back. Secondly, everyone faces drugged mammoths in Tanki, and it often happened before the update. So it's better to see this situation as another challenge to deal with. All in all at least now everyone uses drugs at one specific moment. So it becomes more predictable, you are ready for this. And it is good for non-druggers in particular.

Those of you who have concerns regarding friendly fire in team battles, there are always plenty of battles with friendly fire switched off. Please suggest your own ideas, be constructive. This can help the game and other players. Just staying negative can't.

Now Gold Box can appear at any crystals' drop zone. So it can be drop zones for usual crystal boxes AND old drop zones of gold boxes. The element of surprise is still here, however the chance of getting the gold is undoubtedly higher.
