Ok why is it that that you have to be a major to make a team and a master seargent made a team so i thought cool but how is it that i cant make a team but a a way lower rank than me can totally unfair and i went to tam section and a seen a 3rd leutenant with a team how is that possible and fair a masterseargent made a tam why cant i!!!!
