Team chat is used to communicate in your team only, Meaning you can discuss strategy, having a friendly talk, or Do something else, That is why the [team] tag appears, and it can be done by pressing P, There is no way to disable that for now as there isnt any option to do that, If you want to talk with the other team, press Enter, But I would recommend, you using team chat, to talk with your own team instead of pressing Enter.
