that's not always true it depends on you where you stand and how you attack isida is a near range weapon so if you have rail and its life is reduced a bit then you can kill it try to stay away from short range weapons some people hide and attack their dl will be above 2 and you are talking about isida's and it won't go above 1

lag probably i have seen people taking the flag and dropping it and moving their hull frontwards and gun left or right side..

This maybe because you captured flags and the other guy only got the score by killing and the opponet team won.
