Near the start 'silvery gray' could represent her frail, old age, and the sadness that surrounds her. But then at the end the 'yellow glow' from the sun could represent hope and peace, as she meets her loved one again.

For part C, I think it wants you to focus on 'heart and soul', because these words reflect the emotional nature of the poem. She goes from being tired/sad, to relaxed at the end of the poem.

It appears that she has lost somebody close to her, and that she is not at peace. I'd say that death is represented by 'them' throughout the poem. So when she dies, she is finally at peace, and can join the person that she lost. That's my brief analysis - now go and read it again. Note how it says 'Once more she is with him; love of her life' - I'd say it was her husband that passed away.
