Well, the game was conceived and designed in Russia, but the beauty of the internet is that you are not bound by your geographical location. Tanki Online now has approximately 41 million accounts registered, and while a majority of those accounts are indeed Russian, the English community makes up a huge amount of this gamer population as well.
