Ok so let me provide you with some new insight. Your problem is indeed intriguing, but probably more annoying to you. I believe I suffer from something similar, I can't really explain the details because over time I have naturally adapted to this. What happens to me is the keyboard can only process a certain amount of commands at once (like tying to hit a whole row of keys simultaneously and only having three letters appear on the screen). To shoot a... Railgun with Hornet per say, I would be driving turning my turret and then when i want to shoot I have to take my finger off the gas and shoot, but as fast as I can get on the gas again. Perhaps this is due to an overload on the part of your computer, and this is not as far fetched as it may seem. First go to automatic graphics quality and unclick that in your Tanki account settings (found in top right hand corner) from there unclick all of the buttons that have just appeared. Also t reduce strain on your computer try to close all open programs and webpages. In addition to all these steps turn off the volume in the game. That will remove all strain on your computer. Try to use chrome as the browser, as I believe that it works best with chrome. Should you try these things and they not work please let me know. Thanks, MarineMan2

It drives me crazy most when I am using rail and on the side of a tall drop, sniping off people below and some guy on my team comes up behind me and shoves my carefully balanced tank over the edge.

Here are my thoughts on what you should do. I think you should close all programs and close all open browser tabs. (If using a laptop, try to get as close to internet source as possible). Then in addition, go to the in-game settings and unclick, "automatic graphics quality" at which point you should proceed to unclick all the options in the menu that appears. The other part of this solution is, when you are signed into Tanki, right click and select, "settings" and then unclick, "enable hardware acceleration" and set it to, "unlimited" (to get a better idea of what I mean click the link Solutions to Lag). Another simple solution to reducing lags is just to go into the game settings and turn off all effects as well as the sound. And if you are using wifi instead of an Ethernet cable try to get as close to the origin of the signal as you can. Also if you reduce the viewing size by hitting the minus key, that may also reduce lag.
