Are you still having this problem green? I hope you have resolved it and it was not a serious problem I was invisible before too except so where my shots...I was hitting other player with 0 effect on them :( Refresh cured that on the 1st try though :D

You won't be starting from nothing...you already have a "foundation" I have stopped and restarted many times. You do have to knock the rust off a little but then you are right back on that horse and riding :lol:

You said in the forms its an "imaginary fight" do you ever do any full contact sparing? BTW the breathing stuff is CRAZY...people have no idea how important it is to breathe right...One of the first times I trained stand up striking the guy training me said "you don't know how to breathe" I said what are you talking about I am breathing. He then said you won't be in a few seconds..LOL.. I like how MA (Martial Arts) teaches you to be efficient with your movements and explosive power. I used to be a bouncer in bars before I started training MMA, so I thought I was a pretty tough guy because I had been in many physical confrontations and came out on top most of the time...the first day I trained Ju Jitsu I spared with a much smaller opponent and was Tapped out about 5 or 6 times in about 3 minutes. He was not even sweating and I was out back throwing up my lunch (true story) The first days are brutal...LOL

I was just talking with some other players about Martial Arts so I decided to make this thread. Please observe all the regular rules and don't break them (like with a Karate Chop) Tell us your Martial Arts stories, what you study and how you are doing. I train 2-3 times a week in MMA like the UFC style stuff...I do it more or less to just stay in good shape. I am already past the age most pros retire at so you will not be seeing me in the UFC any time soon :lol: I like Ju-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai and any fighting sport. I have never studied under a belt system but I have been told I am the equivalent of a purple belt in Jitz I do not use a gi though.

I train Ju-Jitsu and Boxing....and just MMA in general...my face is all bruised up right now :lol: and I did not even get hit..it is from a wicked cross face with his elbow grinding my check and ear....its OK though, he left that arm out to long and ended up tapping out ARMBAR I am trying to start a new business now .....my goal it to have my business make money with out me having to be there...I have had other businesses in the past but they all required me to "work" the biz or it did not make any money....I am going to do it the right way this time. I do not want you quit facing reality, as a matter of fact I wish more people where like you and can see the big picture. I know you where not directing at a particular county, I was just using my country, the USA as an example. I pretty much disagree with every thing our currant administration is doing. I did not vote for a single thing it has implemented and I vote regularly. I did not mean that a nation has no control over its FP, I am sure you can agree most people just want to earn a living in peace and not be bothered by politics. As you alluded to earlier most don't "see" what is going on as far as new laws, foreign policies, and just the general workings of government on a whole. Especially here, the average age is what? very young and I know when I was very young I could not be bothered with such things. As far as a nations people being held accountable for its counties actions, I suppose you have a point. If a nation elects that particular government into power then they deserve what it gets. Please note that it could have been a 51/49% vote and a lot of people do not agree with policies but we have to respect the process. The perpetrator of any crime should absolutely be held accountable for the crimes they commit. Believe me...I have a huge tin foil hat collection and can "conspiracy theory" with the best of them ...I will not even begin to discuss the things I think my own government is guilty of on line and I am particular with who I discuss such things with in person. The intention of my OP is basically this: Life is 10% the things that "happen" to us and 90% how we deal with them....so for sure keep your eyes open and do what you can but don't let the things you have no control over bring you down...do those things suck? ...YES but what to do? One's attitude is one thing that we have ultimate power over. You have to quit listening to the "news"....I know its hard...me personally I have to quit listening to political talk radio about every 6 months and for 6 months because I notice that when I listen to that stuff all the time I am always in a bad mood. The media (at least in this country,USA) are full of the stuff that come out the back side of a bull -_-. This game is full of people from all walks of life and from all corners of the globe. Most are pretty good people. A counties foreign policy does not always equal the attitude of it's residence...I can assure you of that. Fort Knox was practically custom made for Thunder. The splash effect is awesome in that map...I have killed so many players that where "around the corner" ...When you rank up a few more time you will see the benefits of Thunder in a map like FK
