There isn't a best combo. Depends on your gamestyle. If you want M2 combo before captain you can start with hornet and then railgun or thunder (both of them very good). Your paints are fine for these ranks.

I believe M1s vs M3s are weak but M1s vs M2s are fine or M2 vs M3s. For example, M2 fire is still very strong vs M3s.

After I get M3 hornet which paint should I get? I thought of irbis, inferno and rock. At the moment, I have rustle and sandstone. Emerald would be useless I think since I have rustle.

Actually, rico reloads faster than thunder. When I am using rico and I am waiting to reload, I don't stand there and wait for the opponent to kill me - I retreat if I am able and when I have enough bullets I attack.

About the 1st point, if someone at your rank is playing with M2s isn't multing - he is just playing. And if someone's really multing - report him. They disabled it because (generalissimos mostly) kicked others at the end of the match and get all the fund.

Go for viking. It goes well with M2 thunder and rustle will reduce self-damage. I have M2 viking too and I love it. I'm definitely getting it M3 when I rank.

Dictator will be better than Viking at PRO battles without micro upgrades.
