dont do it if you already have another m2 close range weapon.As MrAmazingKiller said,it is much more powerfull than m1,but all those freezers will make your burnning effect useless.plus at m3 it is super expensive and with all those zeus paints around it will be very difficult for you to do a high amount of points/kills.just my opinion though.

Not really,shaft can hit you in places rail cant.Also with a fully mu-ed rail you can only take out wasp.With shaft you can take out wasp,hornet and hunter .But rail has a wide view of the battlefield as Smok says.So it is a matter of prefference ;)
